Situated outside of idyllic Esk, the Drynan family have owned and operated the property ‘Gallanani’ where they have nurtured and preserved the natural landscape while operating a local beef business that spans generations.

​

Gallanani Grazing is home to naturally raised Charolais and Charbray herds of cattle. The Drynans are dedicated to raising hormone-free beef, providing families with a high-quality, nutrient-dense beef product.

​

Gallanani is managed using sustainable practices such as rotational grazing, multi-species cropping and enhancing biodiversity creating an environment conducive to

wholesome, homegrown beef.

​

In 2024, Gallanani Grazing is expanding its operations and would like to introduce Esk Beef. Offering succulent Beef Boxes to consumers, Esk Beef hopes to share its indulgent meat with South East Queensland communities and continue the paddock-to-plate story.
