Esk Beef – Farm Tour Booking Policy At Esk Beef, we’re excited to welcome visitors to our farm and share the story behind our locally produced beef. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read our booking policy carefully before finalising your tour. Bookings & Payments - All tours must be booked in advance via our booking form. - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. - Prices are listed per person unless otherwise stated. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability. - If Esk Beef cancels due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook. Safety & Conduct - As this is a working cattle farm, all visitors must follow staff instructions at all times. - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Enclosed footwear is required; hats, sunscreen, and water are recommended. - Smoking, alcohol, and recreational drugs are not permitted on-farm. Accessibility - Please note that farm tours may involve uneven ground and outdoor conditions. If you have accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you. Liability - All visitors enter the farm at their own risk. Esk Beef accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury incurred during the tour, except as required by law.
