Shipping Policy
We deliver our beef ourselves, once a week, on a local route from the farm at Esk. Here is where we go, what it costs, and how to receive your order.
Where we deliver
Each week we run a local route that loops from Esk through western Brisbane and home via the Samford and Mount Glorious corridor. Delivery is available to the postcodes listed at checkout. If your address falls outside the zone, checkout will not offer delivery. You are welcome to buy from one of our stockists instead.
Fees and minimums
- Local delivery is a flat $15.
- A minimum order of $99 applies to delivered orders.
- Delivery is free on orders over $140, applied automatically at checkout.
Timing
Deliveries go out once a week. We will let you know the delivery window for your area. Because we run the whole route in one go, we cannot guarantee a set time of day, and timing can shift with weather, road conditions or other factors outside our control.
Receiving your order
You do not need to be home. Because beef is perishable, tell us a safe, shaded and secure spot to leave it if you will be out. Once we deliver to the address or leave-safe spot you gave us, keeping the beef cold is up to you.
If we attempt delivery and cannot leave your order safely, we will contact you to arrange another run, which may incur a further delivery fee.
Local to Esk or Toogoolawah?
Our route heads into Brisbane, so we do not deliver to the towns next door. If you are in Esk or Toogoolawah, grab Esk Beef fresh off the shelf at Esk IGA or IGA Everyday Toogoolawah instead.
